Working since the 1970's in the Chemical and Petrochemical sector, Tecnimont is a market leader. We are the number 1 company for installed capacity in polyolefins and have developed projects in 45 countries, among which we can boast more than 200 polyethylene and polypropylene plants. With a well-rooted technology orientation, we hold a 30% market share in polyolefin plants and a 50% market share in LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene) plants.
 
In the Oil & Gas sector, we hold world class track record in Large Gas treatment Plants and refinery process Units, having completed the largest Gas Treatment Plant, with over 2,150 MMSCFD capacity.
Our expertise in management of Megaprojects places Tecnimont as global leader, with over 25,000 Peak presence and >100 Million Safe Manhours Without LTI in one Gas Treatment construction site and 96,000 Tons Steel Structure to be erected in a single Gas Processing Plant.
             
Tecnimont has completed 98 ammonia plants and 74 urea plants in locations such as India, the Middle East, Russia, China, and South America since 1924. Our expertise in the Fertilizer sector allows us to provide a wide and integrated range of services, from feasibility studies to basic engineering, from selecting the technology to developing full EPC lump-sum turnkey projects.
 
Over nearly 60 years, our focus on Power has resulted in advanced electricity power projects for an overall count of 280 generation power projects installed in 44 countries, totaling 21,000 MW globally.
